    • The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

    • Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately via email.

    • We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund according to your preference, subject to proof of defect.

    • Warranty period: 2 years for EU consumers
