    We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

    1. Returns

    You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Custom-made or made-to-order products

    • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

    • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

    • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

    3. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

    • The item was damaged during shipping

    • The wrong item was delivered

    • The product is defective

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

    We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund.

    6. Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.

    Custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has started.

    7. Late or Missing Refunds
